1. Who we are
AAA Martinez LLC is a Colorado limited liability company — the "AAA Martinez" on this site, on your quote, and on your card statement all mean the same company. When these terms say "we," "us," or "AAA Martinez," that's who they mean. You can always reach a human at hello@aaamartinez.com.
2. What we sell
- Custom creative services — business strategy & plans, brand & logo design, website design & builds, marketing material, social-media management, and copywriting. Every project is scoped and quoted up front, in writing.
- Website care plan — a month-to-month plan ($15/mo) covering hosting, SSL, and business email for sites we build.
- Digital downloads — small design and software goods (audio assets, desktop software) sold on this site for instant download, typically $3–$30.
3. How custom projects work
We agree on scope and price first. We build. You review the finished work in a private preview behind your personal access code, and you pay only when you approve it. Approval and payment happen together, in one step, on this site. Typical pricing:

4. Payment
We accept credit and debit cards. Payments are processed by Stripe — the card form on our checkout is served by Stripe directly, and your card number never touches our server. Charges appear on your statement as AAA MARTINEZ. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
5. The care plan
The care plan is month-to-month with no contract. It begins when your site goes live, and you can cancel anytime by emailing us — billing stops at the end of the current month. If the care plan lapses, we'll work with you in good faith to move your site and domain wherever you'd like.
6. Digital downloads — your license
When you buy a digital download you get a license for you or your one business to use it, forever. Download links are delivered on screen and by email, work for 30 days and up to 5 downloads — if a link expires on you, email us and we'll send a fresh one. You may not resell or redistribute the files themselves.
7. Private previews
Preview access to unpaid work (behind your access code) is for evaluation only — no copying, downloading, or redistributing the previewed work before payment. The short "Terms of Review" you accept inside the client portal are part of these terms.
8. Your content, and who owns what
You keep ownership of everything you give us (your text, photos, logos), and you're responsible for having the right to use it. Once a project is paid in full, you own the deliverables. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio — if you'd rather we didn't, just tell us and we won't.
9. The honest limits
We do careful, professional work, but we can't promise specific business results — nobody honestly can. To the extent the law allows, our total liability on any project or purchase is capped at the amount you paid us for it, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. If something goes wrong, email us first — nearly everything can be fixed faster over email than anywhere else.
11. Changes
If we update these terms, the new version goes up on this page with a new effective date. The version in force when you paid is the one that applies to that purchase.
