Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our whole payment model is built to make refunds rare: you see the finished work before you pay a dime. But things happen, so here's exactly how refunds and cancellations work.
1. Custom projects (websites, logos, brand work)
- Before you pay: nothing to refund — you review the finished work in a private preview and only pay when you approve it. Walk away anytime before that; it costs you nothing.
- After you pay — we make it right: for 30 days after payment, reasonable fixes and reasonable revisions to the delivered work are free. Found a typo, a broken link, something not working as shown in your preview? We fix it, no charge.
- If we don't deliver: anything you paid for that we fail to deliver is refunded in full.
2. Add-ons
Paid add-ons (SEO setup, copywriting, extra pages, booking, and the like) are refundable in full any time before the work is delivered. Once delivered, they're covered by the same 30-day make-it-right promise above.
3. Website care plan ($15/mo)
Month-to-month, no contract. Cancel anytime by emailing hello@aaamartinez.com — billing stops at the end of the current month, and there are no cancellation fees. We'll help you move your site and domain wherever you'd like, in good faith.
4. Digital downloads
If a downloaded file is broken, wrong, or won't work as described, email us within 14 days of purchase — we'll replace it or refund it in full, your choice. If a download link expires before you get the file, we'll send a fresh one free, always.
5. How to request a refund
- Email hello@aaamartinez.com with your name and your confirmation number (it's on your receipt and the payment screen).
- We reply within 2 business days — usually much faster; it's one person reading that inbox.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
