Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect what you type into this site so we can reply to you and deliver what you buy. We don't run ad trackers, we don't use third-party analytics, and we never sell your information to anyone. That's the whole model.
1. What we collect
- Things you send us — if you sign the guestbook, reply from the mailbox, or chat in the messenger, we keep what you wrote and the contact details you chose to include (name, email, phone, business info). That's how we follow up.
- Client project info — if you're a client, we keep the details needed to build and deliver your project (your content, your domain, your approvals).
- Purchase info — when you buy something we receive your name, email, billing ZIP, and a payment confirmation. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our server.
2. What we do with it
Reply to you, build what you hired us to build, send receipts and download links, and keep the records the law requires. Nothing else. No marketing lists you didn't ask for, no "partners."
3. What we never do
- Sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.
- Run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
- Store your card number — we couldn't even if we wanted to; Stripe holds it.
4. Cookies & local storage
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in to the client portal, and your browser's local storage for small preferences (like whether you turned the CRT scanlines off). No tracking cookies, no cross-site anything.
5. Who else touches the data
- Stripe processes payments — see the Stripe Privacy Policy.
- GoDaddy hosts this site and our email, so data you send us lives on their servers.
Both are bound by their own privacy policies and safeguards. Nobody else gets access.
6. How long we keep it
Leads and messages: until they're no longer useful or you ask us to delete them. Client and purchase records: as long as required for taxes and accounting.
7. Your choices
Email hello@aaamartinez.com and we'll show you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it (except records we're legally required to keep). No forms, no runaround — it's one person reading that inbox.
8. Kids
This site is for businesses and grown-ups; it isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes up here with a new effective date.
